I made an offer on a town house, and the owner counter-offered, and I accepted yesterday morning, so Lord willing, I will be closing on my very own townhouse on March 24th!!! Can you believe it?

enjoyed seeing the new pictures...even if they are of the animals. :) Hope you both are doing well. I miss you both. what's going on with Snowbird? You're in, right? That's the latest, correct. well, it's almost my bed time. Chad I don't know how you do it...when you get home from school after teaching all day...you seem to have so much energy (i.e. frisbee golf), but I'm exhausted after coming home. Props to you friend.
